Learn more about this agency Duties You will perform comprehensive evaluations of assigned programs to analyze needs of the installation and military community. You will collaborate with the Semper Fit Director on major expenditure justifications, develop financial plans, and manage the preparation and distribution of program budgets. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the readiness and resilience programs are in alignment with organizational goals. You will monitor and evaluate program performance outcomes and determine program capabilities, design modifications and make programmatic adjustments to meet specific local requirements. You will make recommendations for local marketing plans and projects for the Warrior Athletic Readiness and Resilience (WARR) programs through collaboration with Semper Fit Directors and the installation marketing department. You will oversee daily operations by organizing tasks according to established priorities, assigning responsibilities, and setting clear performance expectations. Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: managing a complex health and human performance program such as strength and conditioning and/or performance education; conducting analysis to make programmatic adjustments to meet goals; AND collaborating to prepare program budget. Education Applicants must meet the following basic education requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Basic Requirements: Bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree: major study in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position. This degree must be from an educational program from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education(external link) at the time the degree was obtained.
