We have an open ICU, so experience with procedures including central lines and intubations is desired. We have a great and young physician leadership team. Full-time Must be BC/BE – competing certification within 5 years of residency completion Full-time schedule is 7 days on/7 days off with no call after shift We have three rotating shifts, all less than 12 hours in duration (8 hours, 10 hours, and 11 hours) Average 12-15 inpatients per shift. Three full-time day hospitalists plus a nocturnist staffed daily.
