THIS
ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Critical Care Fellowship-Trained
Physician Anesthesiologist for Residency Program to join our team at Baylor All Saints Medical
Center in Ft Worth, TX. the ideal candidate will be ABA Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology and
Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine. Physician will practice in partnership with Surgical Critical
Care specialists in caring for surgical, cardiac, and transplant patients in a 15-bed ICU with
future coverage of an additional 25-bed ICU projected to be completed by 2025. The physician will
work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p) in 5-day week block(s). The ICU will be covered overnight by dedicated
critical care NP/PAs under the direction of an in-house surgical intensive care / trauma surgeon.
Point-of-care ultrasound and TEE experience/certification is preferred but not mandatory. When
off-service from ICU coverage, the physician will provide anesthesiology services in the operating
rooms of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center.
Physician will have teaching
responsibilities which will include surgical and anesthesiology residents and medical students. We
anticipate our anesthesia residency program to begin in June 2024. The surgery residency program has
been ACGME approved to start in June 2023. Research is not mandatory but encouraged. Opportunities
for multi-disciplinary collaboration exists with IM, ER, TY, and Ob-Gyn resident programs currently
in place. Physician will have dedicated administrative time for scholarly activity as well as an
opportunity for clinical appointment to Texas Christian University (TCU), Barnett School of
Medicine.

Cardiac,
Cath lab, Endo, ENT, General, GYN, Major Vascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Plastics, and
Urology.
Opportunity to be part of our liver transplant team as well! Earn additional income. No
OB.
