Shape the Curriculum: Oversee the program’s educational framework, ensuring innovative, patient-centered training. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with hospital leadership, stakeholders, and accrediting bodies to maintain a high-performing, collaborative environment. Deliver Patient Care: Balance administrative duties with hands-on clinical care, staying connected to the patients and community you serve. Clinical Excellence: Current Board Certification in Family Medicine and active involvement in patient care. Washington Medical License: Or the ability to obtain one, along with certifications in CPR, ACLS, and BLS.
