however, we grow by an additional 100,000 winter residents who come to enjoy the weather and our
community.

Phoenix, Arizona. Our community is large enough to have everything you need, but small enough that
everyone is like family. Yuma is a great place to live that has so many travel options close
by.
San Diego, CA and Phoenix, AZ are just over a 2 and a half hour drive away.
Tucson is just over
3-hour drive.Â
Las Vegas is a little over 4 hours.
Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Mexico and so many
other options are available when you want a quick weekend get-a-way.
Enjoy numerous year-round
community activities; such as, block parties, fairs, festivals, concerts, art-walks, farmers
markets, culinary dinners/tours and so much more. There are many outdoor activities available in our
community with the nearby Imperial Sand Dunes (ATV's, rails & dirt bikes), Colorado River (boating,
kayaking, & fishing), and hiking/riding trails (Telegraph Pass/Pilot's Knob), Gateway (Beach) Park
and West Wetlands.Â
You will find that our diverse community is very warm, friendly and takes an
