Ref #: A-RN-65418 We’re seeking an experienced lactation professional to join a team in Pittsfield, MA on a contract/travel basis. This role starts ASAP and follows a weekday day-shift schedule (8-hour days) with no regular weekend work, though holiday rotation is required. The assignment is 40 hours per week at a rate of $2,368. You’ll be coordinating and supporting inpatient lactation services while also providing outpatient prenatal and postpartum education, consultations, and teaching as needed. Experience with Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred. Must-haves: Current International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential in hand — equivalent certifications will not be accepted. A minimum of 2,500 hours of experience as a breastfeeding consultant. At least 1 year of experience as an IBCLC. Prior experience with inpatient lactation programs. Outpatient prenatal/postpartum lactation education, consultation, and teaching experience. Massachusetts nursing license. Active American Heart Association BLS (must be current). Permanent address on file. Board certification and all required certifications must be ready and available.
