Internal Medicine - Nurse Practitioner

CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:

• Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
• American Citizen or FMG
• Great communication skills and empathy are required.
• Board-Certified
• New graduates considered

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

• Hospital employment
• Contract includes o Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms
• Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP internal medicine, $108,000
• Sign on bonus: $5,000
• CME: annually 5 days and $3,000
• PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays
• Incentive
• Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive
• Production incentive based on wRVU

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30; would consider 4-10 hour days
• Start: As soon as possible
• Patients/day: 18 (once established) for 8 hour day
• EMR system Epic
