Duties You will perform financial planning and management activities to ensure that business acumen is well integrated into every facet of the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, enabling the attainment of positive business outcomes. You will assist the engineering sections in assessing program financial health by tracking, coordinating and analyzing overall program financial schedules and milestones. You will perform work in support of any of the phases or systems of budget administration, including, but not limited to translating CPS program plans and programs in the formulation of current and future budget and cost estimates. You will identify barriers to implementing funding or other constraints and recommend approaches for addressing the barriers. You will partner with and support various stakeholders in the formulation and execution of requirements, planning factors, and budgets necessary to support design, development, production. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing financial management and analysis to develop proposals for alternative methods, sources, and timing of financing for substantive programs and evaluates the effects and interrelationships between program goals and budgetary resources.
