Job Summary
Job Description
DUTIES: Contribute to the team responsible for maintaining multiple databases and Tableau sites in support of service delivery and service assurance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis; develop and maintain databases and analysis tools that leverage internal and external data to provide insights; provide input into strategy, analysis methods, tools selection and data governance; write ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) scripts to manage and maintain data flows from order management system and ticketing systems for reporting and analysis; govern SQL for ETL jobs, server jobs, stored procedures, SSIS jobs and ensure availability of linked servers; use Python to extract data from APIs; build, modify, and use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models, including random forest, neural networks, and XGBoost, for predictive and time series modeling to produce analysis of patterns in customer behavior and product performance from complex data; conduct network data analysis, forecasts, workforce justification, and other strategical and tactical plans and recommendations; build customer centric models and optimization tools; create deliverables and presentations that report methodology and results of analysis.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related quantitative field; and one (1) year of experience using SQL for ETL jobs; using Python to extract data from APIs; managing Tableau sites; and performing timeseries forecasting. Experience may be gained before, during, or after completion of the Master's degree.
