**Family Medicine Opening in Wisconsin** -Located in Superior, WI. -Full Time & Permanent Position. -Competitive Salary and Benefit Package including malpractice and tail coverage. -Minimum 6-weeks time off per year. **Practice Specifics** -Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team. -OB for this position is optional. -Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior. -Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September 23). -Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PAs - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. -Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth. -Nurse-on-line triage 24/7. -EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital. -Admit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. -Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation. -Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers. -Physician led, professionally managed organization with great team environment. **Superior, WI** -Approx. 5 miles south of Duluth, MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis, MN. -Located on one of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest, embracing the westernmost tip of the Great Lake, Superior. -Superior population: 28,000; Duluth/Superior regional population-130,000.
