ALTEN Mexico is looking for Program Manager (Propulsión) Mid

General Activities:

• Definition of process to implemented per region (database file)
• Coordination of all process network within the function
• Project development process mapping and roadmap animation within Project Management Office (PMO)
• Must be able to properly communicate with all stakeholders in NA region and understand projects mission and priorities.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

2- 3 Years experience

Soft skills:

• Self-directed, hands-in, ownership, sense of urgency, action oriented, achiever, leadership.
• Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and responsabilities simultaneously, while being mind of deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in program management preferably working already in a propulsion group in automotive industry.
• Or experience in program management with at least knowledge in propulsion systems (Engines, EVs etc)
• PMP certification is a bonus
• VISA desirable
• Advanced English level
