Gastroenterologist needed in NY Located in Ulster County, NY **About the Job** - Full time - Permanent I am a female gastroenterologist in Ulster County since 2004 , Kingston NY ,and I'm looking for a full time gastroenterologist partner .I dont mind new graduates . I have office based surgical unit performing EGD and colonoscopy and my own pathologist and NP, the most cutting edge of same day of an office based lab for stool testing and COVID19 testing ,onsite office based endoscopy suite fully equipped with most the latest from Olympus.This unique set up will help you generate a bigger income right at the office and have a great quality of life at the same time. No hospital calls.100% outpatient we work Monday through Thursday,8am to 5pm , closed on Friday and the weekend, which gives you a longer time to rest and recover and enjoy your personal time. I'm offering a salary for 2yr (240k- 280K) based on experience plus incentive bonus, then it will be calculated on a percentage basis. There is opportunity for partnership track. The total compensation with all benefits and incentives bonus will reach **340k - 400K** on the first yr, **higher income potential will start immediately on the 3rd yr** and will continue to grow as your practice continues to grow. benefits including health insurance,malpractice,401K, 2wk vacation ,1wk CME, 3 sick/personal days a year.
