Emergency Medicine Physician in Fallon, NV

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a part-time physician to join our emergency department team at Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, Nevada. This emergency department (ED) was updated in late 2018 and doubled the size of the ED to provide more privacy, shorter wait times and room accommodations.Physician shifts in this 16-bed ED are 12 hours, and the 18,000-annual-volume ED is staffed with physician coverage and 12 hours of physician assistant coverage each day. The ED has an admission rate of 8 to 10 percent, and the EMR is Cerner. Qualified candidates will be board certified or prepared in emergency medicine (EM) or board certified or eligible in family (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with two years EM experience.
