You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driverβs license.
You will be required to obtain and maintain an active D-SAACP certification in accordance with Section 584 of Public Law 112-81 and DoD Instruction (DoDI) 6495.03, , and any subsequent policy updates applicable to this program.
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Occasional travel outside the local area may be required, up to 25% for meetings, training, or other program related events, or needs.
Qualifications
GS-11 In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing sexual assault advocacy services; developing and implementing crisis plan of actions and sexual assault assistance plans; assisting with developing and coordinating command SAPR prevention and awareness campaigns or events; and conducting education and training sexual assault workshops/seminars.
GS-09 In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Education
Applicants must meet the following basic/positive education qualification requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual:Applicants must possess:
Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:Applicants may substitute the following education for the required specialized experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position:GS-11
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position OR
Successful completion of 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree. OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
GS-09
Successful completion of a Master's Degree or equivalent doctoral degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position OR
Successful completion of 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree. OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.

As a condition of employment, incumbent must be able to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays, in an on-call or rotational basis. The on-call or rational status requires varied work hours, to include a requirement to be available 24/7, to respond to the following, but not limited to: calls received via the helpline, from military/civilian law enforcement, from treatment facilities or local hospitals.
