Coastal Florida health system needs additional Hospitalists to join a growing team that has been providing inpatient services for over 30 years. 7 on/7 off Schedule, Day shift rate based on 10-hour shifts. This employer has a strong preference for physicians who are willing to work some Nocturnist shifts as this group maintains 2 Nocturnists who cover night calls. Candidates who have the ability to start as soon as possible are preferred.Hospital Employee .  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency.  Opportunity for leadership and involvement in quality improvement projects and committees.  All shifts are eligible for quality incentives.  This group consists of close to 20 physicians and 20 mid-levels.  Closed ICU Full Intensivist team 24/7, with code team.  Quality Outcomes incentive bonus available (Average of group is 15% on top of shift payment).  The ideal candidate will be an experienced Hospitalist who is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
