fulltime Cardiac CRNAs to join our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital.Opportunity
Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
Transplant experience a plusAverage number cases is 5 between
7p-11p with 1 overnight. No OB. No Trauma.Schedule for 8 CRNA cardiac team (2 person rotation each
week):Week 1: 4,10s, Days only, Monday – Thursday, Off 3-day weekendWeek 2: 4,10s, Days only, Monday
– Thursday, Off 3-day weekendWeek 3: Nighthawk in-house 7p-7a, Monday – SundayWeek 4: OFF, Monday –
SundayThe overall anesthesia staffing model is 10 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs covering 12 ORs
plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and endoClinicians will be able to maintain a diverse skillset and meet the
case volumes for maintaining hospital privileges
Incentive/Benefits Package:
Outstanding
compensation package includes tiered base salary, plus $30K in specialty stipends (cardiac and
nighthawk)Start date bonus up to $75k and relocation assistance available21 weeks total time away
from Practice. 8 weeks paid with no waiting period plus 13 weeks off based on rotationFull benefits
