EM Alliance, an independent, emergency medicine group in Southern California is looking for experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants (PA) to join our group in suburban Los Angeles County.  We have full-time and part-time positions available with a primary focus on collaborating with our hospital partners to provide greater patient satisfaction, outstanding care, and improved outcomes                                          Although EM Alliance is continuing to expand, we understand and appreciate the importance of a career and personal life balance.          
  • 89,500 Visits, 76 hours of Physician (1:1 scribe ratio) and 47 hours of APP Coverage  
  • 190-bed hospital, Level III, 35 ED bed, dedicated fast track zone in a modern facility    
  • Awarded an "A" from The Leapfrog Group's Hospital Safety Grade         
  • Palmdale Regional Medical Center has been named by U.S. News & World Report to its 2023-2024 Best Hospitals as a High Performing hospital for Heart Attack Care
