This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Must comply with Drug Abuse Testing Program requirements as this is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) subject to pre-employment drug screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion or an on-duty accident. The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles. One-year trial/probationary period may be required. One-year supervisory trial/probationary period may be required. This position requires a Noncritical-Sensitive, Secret level security clearance. Selectee must meet position requirements for (ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT) certification within 36 months as of entrance on duty. Qualifications This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Planning functional technical activities for projects/programs; 4). Identifying and pursuing individual/team development opportunities AND 5).
