Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid Learn more about this agency Duties Sanitize and maintain high-traffic facility areas to uphold safety standards and present a professional environment. Facilitate equipment exchanges by coordinating the checkout and return process for patrons with precision and accountability. Promote a positive guest experience by actively circulating through the facility to address needs and resolve issues. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues through routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on facility hardware. Assess the condition of fitness equipment to identify wear and tear, ensuring all machinery is operational and safe for use. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. Continuous exposure to sun and prolonged periods of high temperature and humidity. In case of exposure to infectious disease, incumbent is required to obtain the Hepatitis B vaccination series within a 24-hour period. Incumbent is required to follow environmental safeguards and wear personal protective equipment. May be assigned to irregular duties or when needed for special recreational events and related requirements. Work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, holidays and night duty. Must possess the following within 6 months of employment: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service. Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less).
