Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active MI License or IMLC BC DEA waiver Case logs Clean record NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days Ped Rad Fellowship trained & be CAQ certified or eligible in.
