200K Recruitment Package | Traditional OB+GYN or Laborist | Epic | NC

Job Highlights:
•  Join a hospital-employed practice of OBGYNs and CNMs. Service area 150K population.
•  300+ bed community hospital, da Vinci robot onsite, 1,200+ annual births, Epic EMR.
•  Choose from a traditional M-F schedule with dedicated OR block time for elective GYN cases or an OB Laborist schedule (ten 24-hour monthly shifts).
•  Financial package includes 383K base salary plus production and quality incentives.
•  Full HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, 6 weeks PTO, annual CME allowance, signing bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment and more. Final year training stipend available for signing an early contract.
