Deere & Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Design and implement integrated software applications based on service-oriented architecture using technologies such as Java/J2EE, RESTful web services, and Spring Boot (5 yrs); Develop front-end of web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery while leveraging emerging UI frameworks such as ReactJS (5 yrs); Database design in DB2 system to host application data (5 yrs); Ensure code quality using automated testing approach for back-end development leveraging tools and frameworks such as Junit, JMeter (3 yrs); Manage the build, deployment and operation as a continuous automated process to achieve continuous delivery by implementing CI/CD pipeline using the tools such as Drone or Azure pipelines, Terraform scripts and AWS (2 yrs).
