Deere & Company is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Advisor in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 8 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Manufacturing Experience in a Factory Environment (4 yrs); Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis related to Human Resources tactical and strategic initiatives (5 yrs); Data Analytics applied in Human Resources Processes (1 yr); Different Human Resources Process Implementation in different divisions/countries, including working with Europe and Latin America (Tactical and Strategic Workforce Plan, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Design) (4 yrs). 25% travel required.
