2023 Client Services Analyst Trainee Program

Your journey in Enfusion’s Client Services Analyst Trainee Program begins with comprehensive training on the investment management industry and asset classes and provides foundational training on Enfusion’s technology and services, while granting you client interaction and hands-on experience that directly impacts the success of our clients.  

In a short amount of time, you will have the opportunity to build your internal network and grow your career with different pathways across the organization including client on-boarding, account management, client support delivery, or our product team.

What You’ll Do

• Engage in a comprehensive training program on the investment management industry and asset classes providing you foundational understanding on Enfusion’s technology and services
  
• Work on a team of 4-6 members within Technical Account Management to further expand your knowledge on Enfusion's technology, services, and clients
  
• Contribute to the ownership of the health of your team's book of clients
  
• Foster strong relationships with clients as well as internal colleagues
• Obtain the knowledge and skills to carry out in-depth training to live clients and demos for existing and new functionalities/products offered by Enfusion
• Work on long-term strategic projects for a designated group of asset management clients 
• Partner and train with the Product Management team to liaise on client-driven feature requests and system enhancement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field with a graduation date no later than May 2023
• While prior experience is not required, working in client facing or analyst roles in Financial Services / FinTech industry or another relevant field is highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for client service and building relationships
• Self-motivated, scrappy, and able to adapt to a fast-pace environment 
• Ability to take initiative to handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
