Who we areThe North American CRM team at WW is looking for a strategic intern with a fresh perspective to help us acquire members from new and different demographics. We’re a collaborative group from both the United States and Canada, passionate about CRM marketing. Our team is responsible for all things email, push, and SMS recruitment - which means we’re constantly innovating and iterating on our strategy to best find the prospective members who need us. From scheduled campaigns to push notifications to triggered email journeys - you will gain integral experience in all channels of CRM marketing.
What you will doAs a CRM Marketing intern, you will contribute to the Marketing team by focusing on acquisition initiatives that support business growth and recruitment. You will learn more about delivering targeted and relevant communications to our acquisition database, utilizing effective and creative methods and technologies. As a CRM Marketing Intern, you'll also gain additional brand exposure through various projects with different teams and first-hand experience deploying multi-channel communications (email, push, SMS, etc.)
Here's a snapshot of what you can expect:
Submit marketing creative briefs
Participate in strategic meetings with the CRM team
Report results leveraging Braze and Google Analytics, working with the Data Analytics Team when necessary
Support the deployment of email, push, and SMS campaigns in Braze
Strategize, test, and iterate on triggered email recruitment journeys
Report on the status of projects to ensure clear communication between the Marketing Team and other teams
Share email templates and creative assets with international markets
Complete email testing and quality assurance
Send email proofs and collect feedback from business owners
Graduation date between December 2023 & May 2024
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Passion for learning about the latest tools and technologies
Desire to seek out challenges and learn from others
Critical eye for identifying and solving issues
Collaborative approach to sharing your ideas and feedback with the team
