2023 Customer Service Internships (June 2023- May 2024)

Customer Service Internships:

• June 2023 - May 2024 (Full-time Summer, Part-time Fall semester, Part-time Spring semester)

Must be enrolled in a 4 year bachelor's or 2 year associate's program with good academic standing and be flexible during the Spring and Fall semesters to work 10-15 hours a week part-time and 40 hours a week full-time during the summer.

Our Customer Service Representatives support our entire product line; answering questions on a wide range of topics and creatively resolve problems. Our callers include product owners, service companies, designers, builder, installers, and product distributors. Responsibilities include:

• As the voice of Sub-Zero Group, Inc., provide professional, personable, timely & accurate responses to customer and field partner phone calls.
• Verify and update account information with customers and document summary of interactions in CRM database.
• Efficiently answer questions, educate callers to maximize enjoyment of our products, and negotiate to bring about mutually beneficial solutions.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and updated processes.

Requirements and Schedules:

• Currently studying at a college or university.
• Full Time Training for 2-3 weeks
• Work full-time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., during the Summer months (May - September)
• Work part-time during the academic year.
