This paid internship is for a duration of 12 weeks during the summer of 2023. The program offers cutting edge projects, as well as a mix of additional types of learning in areas of leadership and business acumen-- and is packed full of fun!
Internship Area Opportunities:
Finance: Accounting, FP&A, Strategy Operations, Corporate Development/M&A, and Internal Audit
What You Will Do:

• Look for areas to improve manual processes with innovative ideas and technology.
• Build relationships across different teams in finance, sales operations, IT and HR

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher with an expected graduation date: Dec 2023 - July 2024
• Available to complete the full 12-week in-person (San Jose, CA) internship during Summer 2023, with a time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.
• Strong familiarity with accounting, deep diving into data and insights analysis
• Excel/Google Sheets & Powerpoint/Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications:

• Organized, resourceful problem-solver, reliable team player, a nimble learner, and demonstrated high attention to detail and follow-through to project completion
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Values differences and willing to hear all perspectives in a collaborative way
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a desire for continuous learning
• An authentic interest in supporting and advancing Zoom's mission, values, and culture
• Not afraid to approach people to share insights and ideas, and finding ways to improve business processes.
