The Opportunity

The Event Marketing Specialist Intern will assist event team leads in day-to-day operations while planning large-scale and executive events at Adobe.

All 2023 Adobe Interns will be 'co-located hybrid', meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols

What You'll Do

• Support event planning and execution for in-person and virtual events
• Support event communication strategies including pre-event updates and post-event debriefs
• Consider social media strategies
• Support tracking and analysis via Excel from nominations and invites in our RainFocus portal
• Enhance and support PowerPoint slide development

What You Need to Succeed

• Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, PR, Event Management, or Business; or equivalent degree required. You must be graduating between December 2023 - June 2024.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
