Do you want to work in a fun, fast-moving creative group? If so, this opportunity is for you! We are a small but nimble group within the HR and Global Talent Operations team that works across all groups to look for ways we can collectively complete our critical initiatives. This internship will provide exposure to Interview coordination, offer creation and delivery to the hire process. This exciting internship will focus on providing recommendations for improvements to increased performance and candidate experience. At the end of your internship, you will have the opportunity to present your project to our Global Talent Operations Leadership Team.

What You'll Do

• Work under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, partner with Talent Acquisition, Employee Resource Center, IT and Global Workspace to improve Onboarding Workflows
• Present Talent data insights
• Engage with team members to understand and map out process and systems
• Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal work production
• Be instrumental in how we streamline process and improve the onboarding workflows for our new hires

What You Need to Succeed

• Self-motivated and have an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude with passion for learning and growing
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel and Word
• Ability to collaborate with other teams across the organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
