Responsibilities:
- Design, Simulation & Layout of an Analog/RF Integrated Circuit Building Block for Trusted Microelectronics applications
- Learn to use Cadence design suite (Virtuoso) for simulation and creating schematics, symbols, and layouts
- Learn IC design methodology flow
- Measure design parameters of existing parts (if applicable)
- Complete circuit design and design review process
Requirements:
- 1 semester of semiconductor device physics class
- 1 semester of analog or analog IC design class (at graduate level is a plus)
- A microelectronics processing class is a plus
- A semester of RF or RFIC related coursework is a plus
- An interest in transistor level, analog circuit design
- US Citizen is required
