The Opportunity

Adobe Experience Cloud's Retention Marketing team mission is to engage customers throughout their entire journey to drive adoption and retention, ignite advocacy, and ultimately create Adobe customers for life.

The Customer Marketing MBA Intern role will support several strategic global customer advocacy initiatives for the Adobe Experience Cloud business, including Adobe User Groups and Adobe Champion programs. Success in this role can be achieved with a customer-first mindset, passion for building customer relationships, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your work will be focused on global programs designed to ignite customer advocacy and drive customer retention.

All 2023 Adobe Interns will be 'co-located hybrid', meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will align to the Adobe Experience Cloud Customer Advocacy team and support day-to-day management of multiple global advocacy programs, help drive deeper customer engagement across existing programs, and contribute to ongoing program improvement and innovation.

  • [PROGRAM MANAGEMENT] Work alongside Advocacy team program managers to grow program engagement and drive key initiatives forward, including expansion of Adobe User Group program and global launch of 2023 Adobe Champion program submissions. Collaborate with and coordinate across multiple internal cross-functional teams to activate advocates for thought leadership, product adoption, content creation, and ongoing feedback.
  • [CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT] Connect and interact with Adobe Champions, Adobe User Group Leaders, and other top advocates across the globe daily to drive overall engagement amongst members, address questions, and gather feedback on how to improve the program.
  • [PROGRAM INNOVATION] Identify opportunities to innovate and elevate existing advocacy programs, drive greater value for program participants and Adobe stakeholders
  • [EVENT COORDINATION] Assist with scheduling of quarterly Adobe Champion office hour webinars, deep dive sessions with Adobe product teams, and agenda creation for quarterly advocacy program calls.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a fullt-time MBA program, graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Customer Success, or Community building
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to understand customer needs to evolve and support programs aligned to the customer journey
  • Strong program management and project management skills, including ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight parallel timelines
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
  • Ability to synthesize data, derive insights, and use those insights to recommend program and process improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to confidently communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
