The Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team within Adobe's Digital Media organization ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. Our team drives global digital growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, trial and free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell and customer retention in core owned surfaces.

In this role, you will help shape the strategy for Adobe using data insights and market research as well as guide the GTM execution and processes in partnership with teams across Adobe such as Product, Cloud Tech & Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Build a proposal for Adobe's strategic Growth roadmap for FY'23 - this will require an understanding of existing and planned capabilities with Growth, Product and Marketing teams
  • Provide business case for suggested roadmap including, but not limited to, level of and expected return on capital and marketing investments, and sales results
  • Undertake market research for adjacent and similar SaaS companies to better understand market dynamics and opportunities in approach
  • Partner with teams from Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance to GTM to hypothesize, build and refine AB test plans

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program an graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
  • Demonstrated impact creating and launching initiatives (products, experiences, tests, etc.) to drive conversion and revenue growth
  • Experience in developing growth strategies and detailed analysis and business modeling required
  • Fast learner, to get up to speed on Adobe's unique marketing channels & funnels
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, positive and creative attitude!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior level executives

All 2023 Adobe Interns will be 'co-located hybrid', meaning assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
