The Opportunity

At Adobe Analytics, we help companies build incredible customer experiences at scale. By connecting data from across every touchpoint of the customer journey, brands can explore the full context and find insights to always be improving the relationship with their customers.

With today's macro climate, companies can't afford to let their teams creating and managing this customer and product experience sit far from the data that powers it. In this role, you will get a hand in building and bringing new capabilities to market, unlocking high quality insights for more teams. We can help brands use data to craft the best experiences!

All 2023 Adobe Interns will be 'co-located hybrid', meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols

What You'll Do

  • Understand and prioritize problems. Research, interview, synthesize information to build clarify problems for users and customers.
  • Create solutions. Demonstrate your understanding of the user problems, design thinking, and creativity.
  • Test and iterate. Partner with design and engineering to build, test, and improve.
  • Bring to market. Research the domain, market trends, and competition. Work cross-functionally to fit new product capabilities with the existing portfolio, against competition, in a way that can durably grow the business. Refine a GTM that works for the customers and Adobe.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
  • Ownership, accountability. Observe, own, and lead your initiatives forward, with cross-functional teams and partners who don't work for you.
  • Grit and perseverance. Stay focused on the goals and outcomes; move forward even in the face ambiguity.
  • Energy, passion, character. Inspire people across the org who work with you.
  • Critical analysis. Ability to assess, generate, and synthesize data to inform positions, de-risk assumptions.
  • Communication skills. You can clearly communicate a narrative and point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
