The Opportunity

As the Product Marketing Manager Intern for Document Cloud B2B team, you will be making impact on several areas of the business - including Web (Adobe.com) and Phone Sales.

You will be responsible for helping launch a new B2B trial experience to drive consideration and paid conversion of Acrobat. You'll partner closely with Product, Campaign, and Sales to coordinate all launch readiness initiatives, such as web site updates, nurture emails, demand gen campaigns, and sales enablement.

You'll conduct research among past Acrobat trialists and make recommendations for new onboarding materials needed to drive key feature usage for the new B2B trial experience.

You'll craft sales messaging to support Phone Sales, and partner with Enablement to roll it out in relevant geos.

The ideal candidate is a highly driven, growth-minded, and customer-centric future leader who excels at working in a team environment, has strong willingness to learn, and is comfortable working with a lot of ambiguity.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Product, Campaign, and Sales to prepare for the launch a new B2B trial - including but not limited to web site updates, nurture emails, demand gen campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Conduct research among past Acrobat trialists and make recommendations for new onboarding materials to drive key feature usage for the new B2B trial experience.
  • Create new sales enablement content to support Phone Sales teams.
  • Partner with Manager on other Web-related projects such as industry-specific content creation.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
  • Creative solution-oriented mindset, bringing new ideas and perspectives to solve problems
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to roll up one's sleeves to tackle opportunities head-on
  • Ability to work through ambiguity to deliver impact

  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams

All 2023 Adobe Interns will be 'co-located hybrid', meaning assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns will live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites will follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
