The Opportunity

Adobe Substance 3D is a groundbreaking suite of applications for designers and 3D professionals, that will redefine digital workflows and unlock creative potential. At Adobe 3D&I, we are building an ecosystem of products that will usher in the era of multidimensional creation, based on cutting-edge research and technology and in partnership with industry-leading applications and organizations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking international team that is passionate about crafting the future of 3D. We are looking for an MBA intern candidate with a product-oriented approach and strategic attitude to collaborate with Adobe's product, R&D, sales, partnerships, and corporate development teams to turn groundbreaking ideas and technologies into measurable product value and industry growth.

What You'll Do

• Use a 360° approach (products, marketing, research, etc) to unlock growth potential in new vertical markets
• Develop recommendations with client/industry specific insights supported by quantitative analyses (e.g. market sizing, business cases, etc)
• Explore and design new workflows, identify user feedback/needs, and drive feature scoping to deliver outstanding experiences for customers/partners
• Cultivate relationships with key hardware & tech players or more industry specialized partners
• Coordinate product partnerships and integrations with a view on the competitive landscape
• Support vertical and horizontal initiatives in collaboration with Adobe 3D&I cross-functional partners

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
• Customer and user oriented. Always seeking the best for how our products can enable creative 3D work
• Autonomous and proactive
• Ability to ramp up quickly on a wide range of 3D technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to align partners around a shared goal
• Passion for creativity and next-gen technology
• Product design or 3D experience preferred

Location: All 2023 Adobe Interns will be 'co-located hybrid', meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
