2023 Online Product Management Intern - eCommerce
Are you curious or passionate about driving customers through their online purchasing experience, and working with a highly-skilled team to create the best online experience possible? If so, the Online Product Management Internship is for you! This summer internship offers an opportunity to learn and collaborate directly with Zoom's eCommerce team and work alongside various members of Zoom's Online Product team. The internship entails partnering with various team members on existing or new projects and tasks that impact Zoom's eCommerce initiatives. This position requires being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, a curiosity for eCommerce and how to drive customers to make online purchases, and a willingness to learn.
Our Global Emerging Talent Intern Program offers additional support through dedicated mentorship, technical trainings, a leadership speaker series and team specific events. This paid internship is for a duration of 12 weeks during the summer of 2023. The program offers cutting edge projects, as well as a mix of additional types of learning in areas of leadership and business acumen-- and is packed full of fun!
What you will do:

• Assist in managing and ideating eCommerce initiatives and projects, specifically around online acquisition and monetization strategies
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams as needed for updates and progress
• Hold stakeholder meetings and gather requirements across teams (Including but not limited to Online Team, Data Science Team, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Engineering Team, Design Team, and other eCommerce Program Managers)
• Assist with A/B testing initiatives with different audiences, and validate outcomes and successes
• Gain project management experience through a project lifecycle including discovery, planning, design, admin, customer surveying, engineering execution, QA, and success measurement
• Help drive concrete outcomes and completion of projects and tasks across eCommerce initiatives
• Maintain consistent and organized project timelines and updates

Requirements:

• BA/BS in progress, rising Seniors, or MBA student
• Basic Google Suite skills
• Extremely organized
• Comfortable understanding data
• Project management skills
• Excellent spoken and written skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced highly demanding environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications:

• SQL
• Tableau
• Prior Product Management experience preferable
