Exciting opportunity in Raytheon Intelligence and Space based in North Texas (Dallas). The Engineer will work in a production testing environment in the Microwave Products (AMP) department. The AMP department is responsible for full-scope Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for antenna products, including architecture trades, design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of both module and integrated system verification solutions.

Key responsibilities for the qualified candidate include:

The Engineer will work with a team that implements infrastructure best practices in planning, development, and execution of scope, schedule, and budget. The Engineer will employ excellent communication skills, while directly supporting the Software and Infrastructure Section Manager and Team Lead in the execution of the AMP goals. You will also assist in the deployment of networks in an Engineering and Production environment. This will include hardware, computer, DUT-Interfacing and system reporting to support the complete solution.

Security Clearance & Other Requirements:

• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Requirements:

• Unix / Linux operating environment
• Scripting experience like, Python, Shell Scripting - C, Bash, or Perl
• Statistical data analysis
• CVS and Configuration Management Processes
• Attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Knowledge of networking, network administration, and network security
• Knowledge of Data Science principals Knowledge of data bases (SQL, Splunk, Oracle)
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

• RF Domain Knowledge and processing RF parametric test data
• Statistical Process Controls
• Requirements definitions and verifications methods
• Splunk - for data analysis and data mining

Required Education:

• Must have a BS / BA with a major in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)other related field by Summer 2023
