What You’ll Do

• Learn about and contribute to the client onboarding processes, as well as varied activities across IT, Product, Managed Services and Implementation teams that are crucial to its success
• Acquire pivotal client services skills and real time financial market understanding while working on client interactions, workflows and onboarding action items
• Understand and assist with client "go-lives" as clients begin portfolio management and trading activities on the Enfusion platform
• Meet and train daily with members of the Client Services teams handling client inquiries, logging tickets, issues and managing escalations

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field with a graduation date no later than May 2024
• Interest in client facing or analyst roles in Financial Services / FinTech industry or another relevant field
• Demonstrated project, work experience, or coursework that shows your interest and knowledge in the financial markets, accounting, engineering, or fintech industry
  
• Self-motivated, scrappy, and able to adapt to a fast-pace environment
• Ability to take initiative to handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
