2023 Summer Internship - Business Intelligence Analyst (Customer Experience)

Summary of Position

Provides general support to the Customer Experience department and VP BI & Data Analytics. This position will also assist in identifying improvements on productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service Analyst on reporting using PowerBI.
• Assist in the daily support of end-users' ability to effectively and efficiently utilize the reporting platform.
• Assist Operations team with special projects as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and current enrollment in University required.
• Working knowledge using PowerBI.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
