2023 Summer Internship - Human Resources Learning and Development

Summary of Position

Provides general support to the Human Resourcesdepartmentby assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating tolearning and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with training workshop coordination and scheduling.
• Conduct research surrounding training design, trends and best practices.
• Shadow training analytics and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; current enrollment in University required. Pursuing a business-related degree with some Human Resources courses is a plus.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
