2023 Summer Internship - Human Resources Talent Acquisition

The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern will provide general general support to the Human Resources department by assisting projects and tasks related to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through applicant tracking system.
• Conduct initial screening process for open positions, including review of resumes and phones of candidates.
• Shadow reporting and analytics of interviewing and hires.
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and Sr. Vice President of HR>
• Comply with all policies in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in University required. Some college courses in Human Resources a plus.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
