2023 Summer Internship - IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk Intern will provide general support to the IT Service Desk team by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Shadow IT personnel.
• Provide access on the backend for New Hires
• Assign equipment to users.
• Provide end users with IT support.
• Maintain active directory.
• Assist IT team with special projects as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required. Some college courses in Computer Science a plus.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• You must be able to work at least 40 hours a week. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
