Our Surveillance RADAR Department (SRD) has an immediate career growth opportunity for an Integration and Test Systems Engineer within our ISRS Mission Area's Advanced Systems Integration Section. The successful candidate will join our Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) product line team to perform integration, test and analysis activities in support of software and hardware testing for a state-of-the-art radar system. The engineer will be responsible for supporting a multi-disciplined and multi-organizational test team to integrate, test software functionality.

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Required Skills:

• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or System Integration experience.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX and Real-Time Operating Systems
• Develop and influence test objectives collaboratively with software engineering team(s)
• Accountable for documentation completeness and control
• Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodologies
• Capable of making real-time decisions and working with multi-organizational teams to ensure testing activities are successful
• Experience in Shell Scripting
• Strong written/verbal communication skills including working with Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver sound technical results.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Top Secret US security clearance is required

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with internal engineering disciplines
• Experience creating integration and verification strategies to support efficiency improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze system problems and communicate issues to the engineering team
• Familiarity with lab test equipment for testing and troubleshooting
• An active and in-scope DOD Top Secret US Security clearance is desired
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (Please upload an unofficial transcript when applying)

Required Education:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline - such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, etc.
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
