We are looking for creative interns to join our 2023 Summer Internship program. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong multi-tasking and organization skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will learn about the agency’s internal processes and begin training to handle creative responsibilities through client projects and initiatives. This internship is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to dive in, collaborate and immerse themselves in the exciting world of advertising. Â
Our Internship Program is built, from start to finish, to provide our interns with as much hands-on experience as possible so they are gaining valuable knowledge and expertise to further their career goals. We call our areas of focus “Disciplines,” these include Social Strategy, Creative, Delivery, Account Management, DEI&B, and Operations. Â
 INSIDESHIP program Qualifications:- Enrolled in an accredited trade program, college or university with Junior or Senior standing for fall 2023, or a spring 2023 graduateÂ
- You are legally authorized to work in the United StatesÂ
- Delivery: Project Management, strong written and verbal skills, Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
- Account Management: Problem-solving, relationship building, excellent written & verbal communication Â
- Social Strategy: Knowledge in digital trends & social ecosphere, excellent written & verbal communication skillsÂ
- DEI&B: Data Analysis, strong written & verbal skills, familiarity with DEI&B best practicesÂ
- Operations: Data analysis, technical writing, project management Â
- Work with a dedicated mentor through our formalized mentorship program Â
- Work with our Talent Team to gain experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resource
- Have Talent facing exposure though social media and LinkedIn
- Gain useful skills through professional development trainings Â
- Connect with your intern community through meetings, projects, and social events Â
- Showcase your work via a final presentation to management Â

- Social Strategy: Knowledge in digital trends & social ecosphere, excellent written & verbal communication skillsÂ
- DEI&B: Data Analysis, strong written & verbal skills, familiarity with DEI&B best practicesÂ

- Participate in Executive leadership roundtables Â

This is a paid internship, 25 hours a week for 6-weeks, M-Th, and will be completely virtual. Internship will commence on July 5, 2023, and conclude August 16, 2023. For roles that will be performed in New York City, the pay is $15/hour.
In compliance with local law, this is the salary range OLIVER Agency believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, qualifications, experience, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business and/or client needs. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package for our employees. Â
