This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

New York Life Direct Operation in Tampa, FL is seeking qualified students for our 2023 Summer Internship Program. This program helps to develop a talent pipeline to secure the highest caliber of entry-level candidates for New York Life.

Criteria for participation

Candidates for the 2023 Summer Internship Program must:

• Be entering their junior or senior year at an accredited four-year college or university
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Be available for the entirety of the 10-week internship and be able to work a full-time schedule (Monday, June 5th through Friday, August 11th)
• Have held leadership roles or significantly contributed to campus or community extracurricular activities

The 2023 Summer Internship Program will begin on Monday, June 5th and end on Friday, August 11th. Interns will attend orientation and weekly development sessions, and have the opportunity to be coached through a meaningful assignment during the 10-week period.
