Program Description

Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is 10-weeks in length and will provide participants broad exposure to the Firm. The Program offers Summer Analyst's various technical and soft skill training opportunities, the ability to network with professionals across all business units, and a chance to fully immerse themselves in the Blackstone culture.

Job Description

Blackstone's Summer Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to develop a well-rounded perspective on business and investing. Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long-tenured investment teams in the secondary private equity industry.

Secondaries Private Equity Summer Analysts will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of private equity funds and portfolio companies. Asset class exposure will span leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital and private credit. Summer Analysts will gain valuable experience working on secondary portfolio transactions, asset and fund recapitalizations, co-investments, primary commitments, and other unique deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring, and executing investments, and conducting various research projects.

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $110,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
