The Opportunity

The Creative Cloud Extensibility team is building the web-based framework to enable add-ons and integrations that connect to SaaS services and unlock new product use cases for the next generation of Adobe's creative applications, redefining the future of collaborative creativity at scale.

We're seeking a technically minded Product Manager with experience building or working with javascript-based platforms to join a multi-functional group of product managers and developer advocates to re-imagine the future of extensibility for the web. We do it all in service of delivering useful and powerful plugins, add-ons and integrations to creative users around the world.

What You'll Do

• Work with cross-functional thought partners and stakeholders within Adobe, and with 3rd party developers to define the problem space and opportunity for key initiatives related to our next gen Web Extensibility Platform (WXP).
• Build comprehensive justification to drive product requirements definition, product planning and prioritization, and product design of key integration categories, extensibility workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Translate customer feedback and insights into prioritized product requirements with detailed user stories.
• Partner with product teams across Adobe to enable access existing cloud services and machine learning capabilities.
• Act as internal and external evangelist for the CC Web Extensibility platform, and advocate for a delightful developer experience.

What You'll Need to succeed

• Currently enrolled in a full time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024.
• Comfort in the "problem space" with a willingness to challenge assumptions, solicit diverse perspectives, and understand the "why" and not just the "what".
• Ability to ingest a wide variety of source materials like research, analysis, metrics, and customer interviews, and synthesize it into practical product & market insights.
• Able to translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal. You are the person who always finds a way to get things done.
• Can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations.
• Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends.
• A passion for working with developers, learning about new technologies, and evangelizing amazing developer tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
