Summer Associate Program
The program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders.
We are offering opportunities across the following business groups:
- Clinical Administration
- Compliance
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Marketing
- Operations
- Provider Network Management
- Strategy
All summer associates will work on special projects designed by the business and participate in the following career development activities:
- Business Leaders Speaker Series
- Learning & Development Sessions
- Luncheon with CEO
- Final Project Presentations
Program Details
- Nine-week paid program: Monday, June 3 - Friday, August 2
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $30 per hour
- Required Work Schedule: In office one day a week (Tuesday or Thursday), and remote the rest of the week
- Posting timelines- Tuesday, January 30, 2024, to Friday, March 1, 2024
Requirements
- Required to come to the 55 Water Street, NY office once a week
- Must be able to travel to Connecticut and/or across the NYC Tristate area as needed
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, and an interest in the healthcare industry
- Rising undergraduate juniors/seniors, and/or 1st-year graduate students
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Analytical, collaborative, strong communication, and project management skills
