The Strategic Implementation Team at Point72 is responsible for leading complex cross-functional initiatives at our firm. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced program managers and engage with leaders across Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to execute projects that support the growth of our businesses. 

About the Strategic Implementation Internship 

Learning the end-to-end program cycle and project management best practices will provide key skills that you can leverage across a variety of roles throughout your career. The 10-week internship at Point72 provides individuals an opportunity to: 

• Work closely with a small and collaborative team to gain a foundational understanding of strategic initiatives within a global company 
• Coordinate, develop meeting materials, and execute deliverables for top firm initiatives while working in conjunction with business units 
• Collaborate with representatives from functions across the firm to create detailed project plans and timelines 
• Assist in the development and deployment of the strategic operating model 
• Support workstream meetings with stakeholders 
• Document current state and conduct root cause analysis and partner with stakeholders to develop solutions 
• Support the development playbooks for key activities 

Summer Internship Program at Point72 

In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will: 

• Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals 
• Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events 
• Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths 
• Get hands-on access to best-in-class tools and resources 
• Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry 
• Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills

The annual base salary is $66,500 (USD) which will be prorated based on internship start and end date; this does not include overtime compensation. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
