2025 Assistant Middle School Track Coach ( 3 Locations)

Opportunity:

Propel Schools is seeking an Assistant Middle School Track Coach for the 2025 season at Propel Braddock Hills Middle School, Propel East School and Propel Hazelwood School.

Successful candidates will have:

• Prior high school, middle school, and/or youth track coaching experience
• Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior middle school coaching experience, & USATF certification
• Must possess effective coaching technique and skills
• Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
• Responsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staff
• Responsibility of coordinating a middle school track program with the assistant coach and athletic director
• High level of personal organization and planning
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & families
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel Schools
